Fitting in Fitness: “Tell Your Time”

The other day I told you that Crystal at moneysavingmom.com was going to begin discussing her time management techniques today.  She has cut the grocery bills of thousands of families through the lessons and tips found on her blog.  Be sure to check her out.

The other day she mentioned that Amy, at bloggingwithamy.com, has shared tips with her that have profoundly influenced her ability to balance life which includes: wife, mother, homemaker, homeschool teacher, blog owner, churchgoer, etc.  Quite a few of these hats are the same that we wear too.

So when she shared that Amy has just come out with the e-book “Tell Your Time: How to Manage Your Schedule So You Can Live Fulfilled”, I was very interested.  She was having an extreme special on the e-book this past Wednesday that is over now. (I tried to post a link to it- I’m still learning the ropes of this and though the link worked, it looked like a bunch of gobbly gook.  So sorry.)  However you can still get it at the terrific price of $7.  Click on this picture of her e-book and it will take you there.

I want to disclose that I am an affiliate for her program.  Three reasons:

1)I’ve read the book already (I couldn’t wait) and it is that good.

2)It is the kind of thing that you will come back to again and again when you hit a roadblock, life circumstances change, or you need some motivation.  $7 is a deal.  It’s easy: just purchase, download, and print it if you prefer to handle your reading materials.

3)Any proceeds I might receive from sales of the e-book will go right back into building this blog.  I have some exciting plans for giveaways in January when people tend to try their hand at new fitness goals.  I’d like to buy some things to give away that will help get people motivated.

Back to the other part of my post title: “Fitting In Fitness”.

I think Amy does a great job of  taking you through the process of managing your time so you can finally get fitness into your daily routine.  You are going to tell those 24 hours a day what they can do for you instead of feeling limited by a “I wish there were more hours in the day” mentality.

And of course this will work with any other goals you have for yourself.   You’ll pinpoint them by reading and applying what you read in the e-book and what we discuss here.

So what are you waiting for?  Let’s get motivated!  See you in the next post.
